Acupuncture
Acupuncture needles are a medical instrument used to cure ailments by the method of withdrawing blood and stimulating certain points on humans by inserting them on specific pressure points of the body. Acupuncture enhances the flow of vital energy (also known as "Qi") along pathways (called meridians). Pressure points can be stimulated through a mixture of methods ranging from the insertion and withdrawal of very small needles to the use of heat, known as moxibustion. Pressure points can also be stimulated by laser, massage, and electrical stimulator.
Holistic Herbal Medicine and Eastern Nutrition

Herbal Medicine is a healing system developed in Asia more than 2,000 years ago, incorporating therapies that are, in some cases, millennia older. One of its guiding principles is to "dispel evil qi and support the good energy." In addition to treating illness, oriental herbs focus on strengthening the body's defenses qi (energy) and enhancing its capacity for healing and maintain health.

Cupping

Cupping refers to an ancient Asia practice in which a cup is applied to the skin and the pressure in the cup is reduced (by using a change in heat or by suctioning out air), so that the skin and superficial muscle layer are drawn into and held in the cup and this mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which dried plant materials called "moxa" are burned on or very near the surface of the skin. The intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body and dispel specific pathogenic influences. Moxa is usually made from the dried leafy material of mugwort (Artemesia argyi or A.vlugaris), but it can be made of other substances as well.

Massage & Gua Sha

Massage is well suited for the treatment of specific musculoskeletal disorders and chronic stress-related disorders of the digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems. Effective treatment protocols have been tested in a practical setting. It is not especially useful for those seeking a mild, sedating, and relaxing massage since it tends to be more task-focused than other types of bodywork.

Gua sha is defined as instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create transitory therapeutic petechiae called ‘Sha’ representing extravasation of blood in the subcutis.

Modern research shows that Gua sha produces an anti-inflammatory and immune protective effect that persists for days following a single Gua sha treatment. This accounts for its impact on pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, wheeze, nausea and vomiting, and why Gua sha is effective in acute and chronic internal organ disorders, including liver inflammation in hepatitis.

Meditation & Mind Fullness

If your mind is actively engaged in meditation practice, then it’s a win-win situation. Your conceptual mind is happy because it is busy, and you are happy because you are now in charge of your own mind. And, you are no longer dominated by your mind, simply believing whatever your thoughts and emotions tell you. You become free of your endless fixation on thoughts and emotions and free of your conceptual mind.

Healing Exercise

We are offering exercise for each patient according to their symptoms. It's not quite different from exercise what you've done but it's easier to follow and more make sense. You can practice anywhere if you are ready to learn and you just need small space to practice. Furthermore, it's an exercise for your current condition. You can have a consultation with our practitioner.

Laser Acupuncture

We now offer Laser Acupuncture for those who have a needle phobia or kids too young to have needles. It is painless and still active. Cost and other aspects of treatment sessions remain the same, but it could take longer to obtain the desired level of results.

Ear Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture is a diagnostic and treatment system based on normalizing the body's dysfunction through stimulation of points on the ear. Resulting amelioration of pain and illness is believed to be through the reticular formation and the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Ear acupuncture is an acupuncture technique similar to reflexology. It is speculated that the method works because groups of pluripotent cells contain information from the whole organism and create regional organization centers representing different parts of the body through the recruitment of more cortex cells dedicated to specific areas of the body. Thus stimulation of a reflex point in the ear can relieve symptoms of distant pathology with a reliable duration.
